Tymor Boot Camp
for Ladies is a powerful, results-oriented body transformation

Bootcamp Groups
& Times for Spring 2009
All Bootcamp Groups
meet on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
The following Bootcamp
Groups are available for you to join:
"Early
to Rise" -
5:30 AM to 6:30 AM (Co-ed)
"Midday"
- 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM (Co-ed) **Note: changing to 10 AM start on 6/1 due to heat.
"Early
Evening" -
6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Group (Co-ed)
Each bootcamp
program is 4 weeks in duration and includes 12 fat-busting sessions
+ 4 Bonus (optional) sessions.
Bootcamps meet rain
or shine. For severe weather, we'll postpone or move indoors when
possible.
Bootcamp Fees
$195.00 per bootcamp - Worth every penny considering you'll soon be in better shape than most 20 year olds.
