This is a great recipe to enjoy as you journey towards your fitness goal. <strong>Servings: 4 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Here&#8217;s what you need&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 green apple, chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 green onions, tops only, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 cans albacore tuna, in drained<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon dijon mustard<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup coconut oil, melted<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup red grapes, halved<\/li>\n<li>sea salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl and serve immediately. I like to serve this salad in large butter lettuce leaves, or scooped onto avocado halves.
