Serve this with a piece of lean meat for a well-balanced, fitness approved meal.<br \/>\n<strong>Makes: 4 Servings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Here\u2019s what you need\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 bunch broccoli<\/li>\n<li>1 bunch cauliflower<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon olive oil<\/li>\n<li>dash of sea salt<\/li>\n<li>dash of pepper<\/li>\n<li>4 garlic cloves, minced<\/li>\n<li>juice from 1 lemon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease a large baking sheet with olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>Wash the broccoli and cauliflower heads and then pat dry. It\u2019s important to dry thoroughly so that it will roast properly. Cut into small florets.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium bowl combine the florets, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic cloves. Toss until well combined and then spread over the prepared baking sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Roast for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
