Start your healthy eating and cooking with these recipes.<\/p>\n<p>Servings: 2<\/p>\n<p><b>Here\u2019s what you need\u2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Roasted Cauliflower &amp; Broccoli:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets<\/li>\n<li>1 head broccoli, chopped into florets<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon sea salt<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon black pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd lemon, juiced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Cajun Salmon:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 (4-oz) salmon fillets<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons Cajun seasoning blend<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd lemon, sliced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. On a rimmed baking sheet combine the cauliflower and broccoli florets with the olive oil, salt, black pepper and garlic. Roast for 20 minutes, until lightly charred. Toss with lemon juice.<\/li>\n<li>Reduce the oven temperature to 400 degrees F. Rub the salmon fillets with the Cajun seasoning. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes, until flaky. Serve with lemon slices.
