The only way to restore balance is to get hydrated with lots of water.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Eat Whole. For the next few weeks stick with only whole, real foods like fruits, vegetables and some lean meat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re not supposed to eat packaged foods for a few days, so what should you snack on? Try these cleansing snacks\u2026<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cucumber<\/li>\n<li>Avocado<\/li>\n<li>Beets<\/li>\n<li>Asparagus<\/li>\n<li>Cabbage<\/li>\n<li>Blueberries<\/li>\n<li>Celery<\/li>\n<li>Grapefruit<\/li>\n<li>Kale<\/li>\n<li>Lemon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4) Drink Greens. Either powdered or fresh, greens will help restore balance. If you\u2019re drinking fresh green juice avoid adding lots of fruit.
